Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and participate in a teamwork-driven store environment.

You’ll troubleshoot phones and tablets, discuss tech in simple terms, maintain inventory, ship devices, and promote protection plans while working flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.
