Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and grow technical skills in a busy store. This role starts at $15–$16.50 per hour plus monthly incentives and includes paid time off and ongoing training.

You will troubleshoot phones/tablets, explain tech in simple terms, manage inventory, and support same-day service within a friendly, inclusive team environment. Weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.
