Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is hiring a Retail Technician in Kalamazoo, MI. You will repair devices, assist customers, and leverage training to level up your repair skills.

This role offers hands-on troubleshooting, inventory management, and the chance to work in a team-driven environment. You'll troubleshoot phones and tablets, communicate tech in simple terms, meet performance goals, and participate in store incentives.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience preferred.
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair devices including phones and tablets.
• Explain tech concepts to customers in simple terms.
• Hit performance goals and participate in store incentives.
• Manage store inventory and assist with shipping devices.
• Promote protection plans and add-on services.
• Work flexible retail hours, including weekends.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:
