Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in Plano, TX is seeking a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and level up your tech skills in a fast-paced store.

You’ll troubleshoot phones/tablets, explain tech to customers, manage inventory, ship devices, and promote protection plans while enjoying paid time off, ongoing training, and a monthly store incentive.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.
