Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and grow technical skills in a busy retail setting. Earn rewards and work in a team that values hands-on repair work and service excellence.

Your role includes fixing phones/tablets, explaining tech in simple terms, meeting performance targets, and participating in ongoing training. Weekend hours and incentives are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.
