Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in Houston, TX is seeking a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and grow hands-on technical skills in a fast-paced store.

You will troubleshoot phones and tablets, explain tech in simple terms, and work toward performance goals to earn uncapped commissions, with paid training and benefits. Weekend hours are required as needed.

Qualifications

• 6-12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.
