Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in Franklin, TN is seeking a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and grow technical skills in a fast-paced store.

You’ll troubleshoot phones and tablets, explain tech in simple terms, manage store inventory, and support shipping for same-day service while working flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
