Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Retail Technician in Mishawaka, IN to repair devices, assist customers, and level up technical skills. You’ll troubleshoot phones/tablets, talk tech clearly, and help with store operations for same-day service.

Starts at $15–$16.50 per hour + monthly incentives, plus PTO, ongoing training, and a teamwork‑oriented workplace. 6–12+ months of retail/repair experience and familiarity with smartphones/hardware are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
