Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and grow technical skills in a store environment.

You’ll troubleshoot phones and tablets, explain tech in clear terms, and contribute to a team-driven, inclusive culture while working flexible weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail, repair, or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of smartphones, OS and hardware helpful.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair phones, tablets, and devices.
• Explain tech concepts in simple terms to customers.
• Meet performance goals and contribute to store incentives.
• Manage store inventory and assist with shipping devices.
• Promote device protection plans to customers.
• Work flexible retail hours, including weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot + repair phones, tablets, and more
• Talk tech in simple, helpful ways with customers
• Hit performance goals and earn uncapped commission
• Manage store inventory
• Package and ship devices for same-day service
• Promote Connected Home tech protection plans
• Work flexible retail hours (incl. weekends)

What We’re Looking For

• 6-12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players
