Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is looking for a Retail Technician in College Station to repair devices, assist customers, and improve technical skills.

You’ll work a flexible schedule, promote protection plans, and be eligible for an uncapped commission alongside a starting hourly wage of $15–$16.50 with monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• 6-12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair phones, tablets, and other devices.
• Talk tech in simple, helpful ways with customers.
• Hit performance goals and earn uncapped commission.
• Manage store inventory.
• Package and ship devices for same-day service.
• Promote Connected Home tech protection plans.
• Work flexible retail hours, including weekends.
