Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers enthusiastically, demonstrate and explain product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up for service excellence.
• Explain account statements and assist customers with paying bills in-store.
• Answer questions on services, update account data and promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
