Job summary

Comcast Corporation is seeking a retail sales associate to engage customers, demonstrate Comcast/Xfinity products, and provide outstanding service in-store. You will help customers with accounts, explain service options, and work toward sales targets while representing the brand enthusiastically.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, teamwork, and a positive, energetic approach in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible scheduling and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible retail shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and mobility around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology and Comcast products.
