Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adjusting to a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and following up to improve service.
• Help customers interpret account statements and pay bills in-store.
• Address questions on services, update account data, and process service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge and understanding of technology.
• Contribute to a fun, competitive environment and connect products to customers’ lives.
