Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow sales in a retail store environment. You will leverage passion for technology and customer service to identify customer needs and deliver top-down solutions.

You’ll learn, train, and grow with ongoing development while supporting merchandising and inventory tasks. There are opportunities to engage the community and build a loyal customer base through events and outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using my passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by connecting with them and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solutions to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continue professional growth through training and by taking on responsibilities across merchandising and inventory.
• Outreach to current Verizon customers with outbound calls and texts to grow the customer base.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to expand loyalty and Awareness.
