Job summary

Verizon Retail Sales Associate position is based onsite at a Verizon store. You will join a team focused on unlocking your full potential and driving sales success, with opportunities to expand the network through excellent customer service.

You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in individual commissions if you meet goals, with top performers potentially exceeding $75,000 annually. Benefits start day one and include health, 401(k), and other rewards.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory
• Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community outside of the store at off-site Verizon sponsored events
