This position offers base pay plus generous commissions, with opportunities to earn a total compensation well above base pay for high performers. Benefits begin day one and schedule is 40 hours/week with evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Open to picking up additional shifts to increase income.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow your customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events to expand the loyal customer base.
