Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant sales/customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule planned four weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
