Job summary

You can earn base pay plus commissions with strong performance potential. Qualified candidates have a high school degree and 1+ years of relevant experience, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak periods.
• Experience in a commission-based environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated sales experience and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by building connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and solutions to offer a complete sales plan.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Engage in ongoing training and grow skills across merchandising and inventory.
• Reach more customers through outbound calls and texts to Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to expand loyal customer base.
