Job summary

Comcast is seeking a retail sales associate to engage customers and showcase product features in-store. You will deliver outstanding service while promoting Comcast/Xfinity products and assisting with account inquiries and payments.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, handling upgrades, and acting as a brand ambassador. On-the-job training and day-one benefits support career growth and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Full-time, variable schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and to stand/move about the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
