Job summary

Comcast is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, demonstrate product features, and deliver exceptional service in-store. You will help customers understand their statements, process bills, and promote Comcast/Xfinity offerings while meeting sales targets.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, enthusiasm for technology, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule to meet retail needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and move around the store constantly.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance the shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology and Comcast products.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment and connecting products to customers’ lifestyles.
