Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate for one of our retail stores in the Dallas area. You will grow your career by helping customers find tech solutions and building lasting relationships through exceptional service.

You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in commissions if you meet sales goals, with potential to exceed 65k–75.5k annually including commissions. Great benefits and opportunities to advance are included.

Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you’ll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during summer months, November–December, and peak vacation periods.
• Experience in a commission-based environment or sales/customer service is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations for top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales through communication that fulfills customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
