Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and move around the store.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and following up for service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services and processing service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment and connecting products to customers’ lifestyles.
• Adhering to store policies to maintain a professional environment.
