Job summary

Apple Retail Technology Product Team is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to shape the systems customers interact with in Apple stores. You will partner with Engineering, Merchandising, Operations, Online, and Marketing to deliver technology solutions that enhance the in-store experience and optimize store processes.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage roadmaps, and communicate requirements clearly to engineers and UI designers while balancing timelines and business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience writing detailed business requirements for software engineering and UI/UX.
• Ability to work with partners to clarify problems and drive KPIs using data.
• Strong negotiation to balance scope and timelines for releases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
