Job summary

URBN is seeking a Network Operations Support Intern for our Philadelphia Home Office. You will gain hands-on experience supporting the network, users, infrastructure, and applications across global retail operations, including offices, distribution centers, stores, and restaurants.

This paid internship runs 6/7–8/13, 9–5, Monday through Friday, with potential for full-time opportunities. You'll work with AI in network operations and contribute fresh ideas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Rising senior or recent graduate with an interest in tech.
Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
Willingness to learn AI tools and new technologies.
Good communication and willingness to participate in peer communications.

Responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate alerts across global network infrastructure.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate alerts in key applications and backend processing.
Support Active Directory user and group management.
Configure switch ports on Cisco and Juniper switches.
Assist with store broadband and wireless troubleshooting in retail locations.
Contribute fresh ideas to ongoing department projects and initiatives.
