WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate for the Smart Cart project. The role involves engaging customers, giving quick tutorials, and providing on-the-spot support and troubleshooting to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will gather feedback for product improvement, collaborate with store management, and help drive adoption of the new cart across customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Customers: demonstrate features of the Smart Cart to shoppers.
• Tutorials and Training: conduct quick tutorials on how to use the cart.
• Support and Troubleshooting: provide on-the-spot assistance for issues.
• Feedback Collection: relay customer feedback to the development team for improvements.
• Adoption: develop strategies to encourage continued use of the cart.
• Collaboration: work with store management and the Smart Cart team to meet customer needs.
• Provide Exceptional Service: answer questions and ensure customers leave happy.
