Job summary

WIS International is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate to demonstrate the Smart Cart and guide customers through its features in a fast-paced retail setting. You will train shoppers, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback to help improve the product.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, tech savviness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The position offers part-time hours with flexible shifts, starting wage $19.50–$20.50 per hour.

• Tech-savvy with ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Customers: Actively engage with customers to introduce and show features of the interactive Smart shopping cart.
• Tutorials and Training: Conduct quick and effective tutorials to educate customers on how to use the shopping cart.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide on-the-spot assistance to customers experiencing difficulties.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to the development team.
• Adoption: Develop and implement strategies to encourage customers to try and continue using the shopping cart.
• Collaboration: Work closely with store management and the Smart Cart team to ensure the shopping cart meets customer needs and expectations.
• Provide Exceptional Service: Answer questions, assist customers throughout their shopping experience, offer recommendations, and ensure every customer leaves happy
