Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to work the full duration of the project.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to demonstrate the Smart Cart and explain its features.
• Conduct quick tutorials to educate customers on usage and benefits.
• Provide on-the-spot assistance and troubleshoot issues for customers.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the development team.
• Develop and implement strategies to encourage adoption and continued use of the cart.
• Collaborate with store management and the Smart Cart team to meet customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure customers leave satisfied.
