Retail Services WIS Corporation is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate for the Smart Cart project in Jersey City, NJ. You will engage customers, demonstrate features, and provide tutorials to boost adoption while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy with strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to work independently or in a team, and able to travel as required. 18+ and authorized to work in the US. Health insurance and travel opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to explain features of new technology to customers.
• Comfortable with varied hours and travel as part of the project.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to demonstrate and explain the Smart Cart features.
• Conduct quick tutorials to educate customers on use and benefits.
• Provide on-the-spot assistance and resolve issues promptly.
• Gather customer feedback and relay to development teams for improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to encourage adoption of the Smart Cart.
