Job summary

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to demonstrate the Smart Cart and help customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience. You will engage with customers, provide quick tutorials, troubleshoot issues, collect feedback for the development team, and collaborate with store management.

Flexible hours and travel opportunities are offered to the right candidates. Starting wage is $18.00–$19.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance options and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Comfort with new technology and AI concepts.
• Able to work part-time and varied hours.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Customers: demonstrate and explain features of the Smart Cart.
• Tutorials and Training: educate customers on usage and benefits.
• Support and Troubleshooting: assist customers and resolve issues.
• Feedback Collection: gather user feedback for improvement.
• Adoption: encourage continued use of the shopping cart.
• Collaboration: work with store management and Smart Cart team.
• Provide Exceptional Service: assist customers and ensure satisfaction.
