Comcast Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant in Raynham, MA is seeking energetic individuals to engage customers, demonstrate product features, and provide outstanding service while helping them understand and pay bills in-store. You will interpret statements, explain options, and assist with service changes to improve customer satisfaction.

The role requires a flexible schedule, HS diploma, ability to lift 25 pounds, and a drive to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and following up for service excellence.
• Assisting customers with account statements and bill payments in-store.
• Answering questions on services, upgrading levels, and processing general requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products and competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun, competitive store environment.
