Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote mission and family values in interactions.
• Execute daily store goals and priorities set by management.
• Greet customers entering or exiting the store and assist them.
• Encourage sign-ups for loyalty programs and financing options.
• Answer calls professionally and help customers in-store and online.
• Process sales at the POS and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist in setting up displays, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Assist with freight, recovery, and out-of-stock processes.
• Support loss prevention and safety measures.
