Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking a Team Member to support daily store operations, assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. You will engage with customers, process transactions, and help manage signage, promotions, and restocking throughout shifts.

Successful candidates will adapt to a fast-paced retail environment, communicate clearly with customers and teammates, and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Team Members must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter/exit the store and provides courteous service.
• Assist with stocking, back stock, recovery, and product displays.
• Operate the POS and handle cash according to procedures.
