Family Farm and Home is seeking a friendly Team Member to join our family-owned retail team. You’ll greet customers, stock shelves, operate the cash register, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment. This role requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their needs in-store and online orders.
• Stock shelves, recover displays, and maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
• Operate the cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist in signage, pricing, and promotional displays as directed by management.
• Support freight, stock transfers, and back-stock organization.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and daily operational standards.
