Launch513 is hiring a Retail Team Member to represent campaigns face-to-face across industries in the Cincinnati area. You’ll engage customers, present products, and apply sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

On-site training and ongoing coaching help you grow your communication and leadership abilities. This entry-level role offers base pay with potential commissions, a clear path to advancement, and hands-on experience building real retail and event marketing skills

Compensation&Opportunity

Basecompensation:Startingaround$500+perweek,dependingonschedule,attendance,performance,andcompensationstructure
