Job summary

Launch513 is hiring full-time Retail Team Members to present client campaigns through face-to-face retail and events in the Cincinnati area. This on-site role includes hands-on training, coaching, and opportunities to grow with the team.

You will engage customers, present products, and ask questions to understand needs while applying sales strategies. Recent graduates are welcome to apply, and advancement is based on performance and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity designed for people who enjoy working with others and want to strengthen communication and sales skills.
• On-site training provided with coaching to develop from day one.
• Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, athletics, customer service, fundraising or sales can be helpful but is not required.

Compensation&Opportunity

Basecompensation:Startingaround$500+perweek,dependingonschedule,attendance,performance,andcompensationstructure
