Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they enter the building and as you come into contact with them throughout the store.

• Strive to create a positive experience by attentive, patient, and respectful, offering accurate information, and going above and beyond to meet customer expectations.
• Address issues promptly with support from a member of management to find effective solutions and ensure customers feel valued, appreciated, and satisfied with the service they receive.
• Stock and organize products by: ensuring shelves and displays are replenished, neatly arranged, and properly labeled; monitor inventory levels, rotate products to maintain freshness and quality; place items in their designated locations; maintain a clean, orderly sales floor; communicate low-stock items to management.
