Job summary

Big R Stores in Monte Vista, CO is seeking a Team Member to join our retail team. The position offers an hourly base pay and requires flexibility to work across departments including Cashier, Clothing, Receiver, Sporting Goods, Tack & Feed, and Yard.

Team Members assist customers, stock shelves, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store. Starting wage varies by experience; weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Starting wage is based on experience.
• Must be able to work weekends with a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they enter the building and throughout their in-store experience.
• Respond to questions or concerns in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Create a positive experience by being attentive, patient, and respectful, and meeting customer expectations.
• Address issues promptly with support from management to find effective solutions.
• Stock and organize products, replenish shelves, rotate inventory, and keep the sales floor neat.
• Process customer transactions and assist with product availability searches.
• Set up customer Loyalty accounts and provide assistance as needed.
• Perform general cleaning and upkeep, and use clear communication on phones and radios.
