Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring Team Members to deliver Legendary Customer Experience across our stores. You will greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions while handling transactions on the POS system and maintaining merchandising standards.

Roles include stocking, merchandising, cleaning, and assisting customers with loading purchases. Training covers safety, birds care, and occasional forklift/baler operations, with varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet the Customer and uncover needs, then recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Complete plan-o-gram merchandising procedures and merchandise assembly tasks.
• Perform janitorial duties and help with price changes/markdowns as needed.
• Ensure the birds' safety and well-being where applicable and complete required documentation.
