Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking Team Members to interact with customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending products, operating the cash register, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety. Flexible hours, occasional forklift use for trained associates, and a focus on teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA and greet customers.
• Uncover customer needs, recommend product solutions and add value.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Perform merchandising, stocking, price changes and housekeeping duties.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
