Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Reading, writing and counting accurately is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet the Customer and uncover needs and wants.
• Recommend product solutions and add value while ensuring a Legendary Customer Experience.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Perform merchandising tasks, plan-o-grams, and price changes.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain a safe store environment.
