Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires attendance, flexibility for varied hours, and adherence to safety standards.

The Team Member will handle cash register duties, merchandise recovery, and merchandising plans, while ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping environment for customers and birds alike.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts; varied hours, days, nights, weekends, overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Ask to Add Value.
• Operate cash register/computer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures, merchandising and resets.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns; operate forklift and baler if 18+.
• Assist customers with loading purchases; ensure Legendary shopping experience.
