Job summary

Duchess in Gahanna is seeking Team Members for full-time and part-time cashier roles. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and stocked. The team member promotes the Duchess Crown Card and loyalty programs while following safety rules for restricted sales.

Experience in retail or food service is a plus, but not required. We offer scheduling flexibility and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to help customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards and loyalty programs.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
