Duchess is hiring for a Team Member FT/PT (Cashier) in Pickerington. You’ll help create a great customer experience by greeting shoppers, handling transactions, and keeping the store neat and stocked.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to help customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
• Walking, standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching in a retail setting
