Job summary

Duchess is seeking a Team Member at our State St. Westerville location to deliver friendly service, handle transactions, and keep a neat store. You’ll welcome customers, process cash/debit/ mobile payments, stock shelves, and promote the Crown Card Rewards. Prior retail or food service is a plus, but not required.

This role offers flexible scheduling, growth from within, full-time and part-time opportunities, plus health and other benefits.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
