Job summary

Duchess in Columbus is seeking Team Members for FT & PT roles to provide friendly customer service, handle transactions, and maintain a clean store. You’ll stock shelves, assist customers, and promote the Crown Card Rewards while working with modern POS systems.

Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are highlighted, with full-time and part-time openings across locations. Prior retail or food-service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
