Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Executes daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Greets customers as they enter/exit the store. Interacts with customers in store and online.
• Solicits customers to sign up for FFH programs (loyalty, warranties, financing).
• Uses POS to checkout customers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintains signage and in-store display setups as directed.
• Assists in stocking, back stock, and recovery processes.
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety; supports audits and loss prevention.
• Operates forklift safely (18+).
• All other duties as assigned by store management.
