Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include operating the register, stocking, merchandising, pricing changes, and assisting customers with loading purchases. You may need to work varied shifts and ensure poultry care and store safety.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Proven ability to interact with customers and provide service-oriented support.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and inventory upkeep.
• Participate in freight processing and plan-o-gram merchandising.
• Assemble merchandise and perform light janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and operate light equipment.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Maintain safety of birds and poultry and sanitize tanks as required.
• Complete all documentation related to duties.
