Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks Team Members to deliver Legendary Customer Experience in a dynamic retail setting. You will greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions while supporting team operations and merchandising initiatives.

Responsibilities include cash handling, stock recovery, plan-o-gram execution, pricing updates, and ensuring a safe and efficient shopping environment for customers and birds alike.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming background preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participation in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and execute price changes/markdowns.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure Legendary Customer Service.
• Maintain safety, including poultry care and cleanliness of holding tanks.
