Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to deliver Legendary Customer Experience by helping customers, handling transactions, and supporting store operations. The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and safety in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience is not required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Training will cover cash handling, stock duties, and customer engagement to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Greet customers and uncover needs; recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Unload, stock, and recover merchandise; assist with plan-o-grams and displays.
• Help customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary Customer Experience.
• Perform janitorial duties and safety-related tasks.
• Follow all safety guidelines and complete documentation.
