Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as hiring manager in the Manager and/or Assistant Manager’s absence and completes employee work schedules and evaluations.
• Oversees store operation including inventory, warehouse and stock rotation per manager.
• Trains and supervises store personnel and maintains projected sales goals.
• Provides supervision for all sales associates and handles daily cash procedures.
